Fantastic Addition to the business, seeminglessly allowing an easier way to have touch points with potential buyers & sellers . As well as being an effective tool whilst prospecting, whether your an office of a few or many the power to have shared conversations with your clients is priceless and streamlines the service experience you provide. The transcriptions has been a game changer when it comes to time management. A very prompt transcripton of calls stamping the note with the date and times allows an easy follow up for colleagues who perhaps are helping out on files when the appointed person is not around get to grips with what needs to be actioned promptly. I couldn't recommend the use of Agent connect and the Call Transcription any higher, its proven to be a powerful and effective addition to the business as well as the colleagues we work with.

I just wanted to do a review of Agent Connect because we have been using it for about 2 months. Genuinely, it has made such a difference for us. Having all of our enquiries from Rightmove and On The Market, even our overflow call messages, go into it and to have the WhatsApp messages start a conversation makes a massive, massive difference and being able to start the conversation when perhaps we're not able to pick up on them immediately. It gives us a good platform to chase things like feedback. If we're calling and not getting a response, being able to follow up on WhatsApp, we're finding we are getting more people to respond. There are loads of ways to use it and for us, it has been a massive tool and has quickly become one of the most important bits of software we can use. In our business, it has become one of the most vital tools and it is used by everyone daily, and there has not been a negative response. So, if you're thinking about jumping on board, I would highly recommend it, or if you haven't looked into it, look a bit further because it's 100% worthwhile.
